Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Flankraft, an innovative business consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and potential clients for business development opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners through effective communication and networking.
  3. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and market trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
