Job Description:
Flankraft, an innovative business consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and potential clients for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners through effective communication and networking.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
